Submitting form data via email is the purpose of this GoLive extension. Create a contact sheet or a feedback form, this PHP based extension will collect all the data the visitor entered and encodes it into a n email.

Requirements
As a GoLive extension FormEMailer embeds into the user interface of GoLive. The object encapsulates PHP code which submits form content via email.
- GoLive (CS or better)
- PHP enabled web server with FTP, WebDAV or file access
- mail submission must be enabled from within PHP
